Designers, Flash Developers and CSS Gurus
Designers who can demonstrate their ability to deliver for clients. If you’re going to send in your portfolio, it helps if we know what your contribution to each project was. We need to understand how you see your input working as part of a larger strategy. A designer at SUMO is often required to contribute to the functional workings of a project and not just the surface look and feel.
Flash developers. You’ve got a firm grasp on what makes a flash site work, and have a library of ideas for future implementation. You think outside of the ordinary and are able to demonstrate your skills. You’re not daunted by being asked to make a flash site search-friendly, and are comfortable working with a CMS.
