Strategic Planning

SUMO works with clients to set and achieve their goals by developing complete digital marketing strategies.  However not all clients take on this option, as they may come to us in tandem with a consultant or an in-house specialist. We’re happy to work either way.  We’ll be sure to have clear and open discussions about the approach before we move into the planning phase.

Before anyone starts designing or cutting code, we’ve got a few things to iron out. On a typical project we analyse the audience, look at what the client is hoping to achieve and put together some planning documentation which covers visual design as well as the information architecture of your site. This includes page priorities and calls to action. While we’ve established most of this during the quoting/scoping phase, we like to ensure it is all clear before any development occurs.
  • Develop & Implement The implementation of the plan is a critical component in the strategy. Something as simple as hitting the right deadlines to align with offline promotions means your audience enjoys a united, cohesive face to your organisation.
