How do I update my Wi-Fi settings?

If you have purchased your modem through Sumo, refer to the instructions below to update your Wi-Fi settings.

If your modem was purchased from a third party, you’ll need to refer to your modem’s device guide for the steps to follow.

Update your Wi-Fi network name:

Connect to your modem’s Wi-Fi network. This can be done even if the internet isn’t running

Open a web browser and type http://192.168.20.1/ into the address bar

At the login screen, type admin in the username and password fields, then click the Login button

Click the Wireless menu item on the left side of the screen

Click Apply/Save to save your details.
