2. Direct Debit
Save time and never miss a due date. Direct Debit is an automatic payment method that allows you to authorise Sumo Energy to withdraw your bill payment directly from your bank account or credit/debit card on the due date.
You provide your payment details once, and after that, your payments are processed automatically; there is no need to remember to pay each bill manually.

5. Centrepay
Centrepay is a free, voluntary payment service provided by Services Australia. It allows eligible Centrelink customers to pay their energy bills via regular deductions directly from their Centrelink payments (such as pension, allowance, or other government benefits).
Who is Eligible for Centrepay?
You might be eligible to use Centrepay if you currently receive regular payments from Centrelink or the Department of Veterans Affairs, including:

• Disability Support Pension
• Parenting Payment
• Newstart Allowance (JobSeeker Payment)
• Youth Allowance
• Carer Payment
• Other Centrelink or DVA payments
