When can I start using my Sumo Rewards account?
You can start using your Sumo Rewards account once your Sumo service is active. Simply ensure you’ve provided marketing consent during signup (or via a quick call to our team). After that, we’ll send you an activation email confirming that your Sumo Rewards are ready to use.
Does my Sumo Rewards account have an expiry date?
Your Energy Rewards access will remain active for as long as you stay with Sumo Energy. However, offers and promotions are updated regularly by Frequent Values, not Sumo. We recommend checking the app frequently to stay up to date before redeeming.
